Shipping Policy

At PetalNest, we carefully prepare and dispatch each order with love and attention.

Orders are shipped on business days only.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We recommend using a home or work address where someone is available to receive the parcel.

Please note

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes

  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place, where appropriate.

Please allow extra time during busy periods or in the event of delays outside our control, including:

  • weather disruptions

  • courier delays

  • rural delivery timeframes

  • public holidays

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • parcel size

  • product type

  • delivery location

  • rural delivery

Larger items, including pillows and oversized parcels, may incur a higher shipping fee.

Please note that we are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@petalnest.co.nz and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Delivery costs for small package are as follows:

North Island – $10 / North Island (Rural) – $15

South Island – $10 – $13 / South Island (Rural) – $15 – $20 Delivery

 

Delivery costs for big package are as follows:

North Island – $15 / North Island (Rural) – $18

South Island – $24 / South Island (Rural) – $28
