Return & Refund Policy

At PetalNest, we carefully choose every piece with comfort, quality, and everyday motherhood in mind.

We truly hope you love your order as much as we loved creating it.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns for exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with packaging intact.

Returned items must be in resalable condition and must not show signs of wear, washing, staining, damage, or use.

For hygiene reasons, some items including textiles, baby essentials, and personal wear items may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund, in line with New Zealand consumer law.

• We do not generally offer returns or refunds for change of mind

• Approved returns must be:

  • unused and unwashed

  • in original condition

  • with tags and packaging intact

  • returned within 14 days of delivery

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval​
